Stitch Marks

A collection of embroidered patches

My collection will be called Stitch Marks because for one, patches can be described as distinguishing marks and are stitched. I also like this title because of the connection with medical stitch marks and the idea that just like those stitch marks, a stitched patch you wear is a part of you and makes you different and unique.

It will be located at the Perez Art Museum in Miami
