Shopping Bag, Kayla Davis

For this project, we were instructed to create a shopping bag that embodied the brand of a store or company that either already existed or one we chose to make up. 

The design for this bag was inspired by the original brand that I created for my Graphic Design course: 

Mäk-sē (a contemporary collection of cosmetics)

Mäk-sē is pronounced as, and derives from, the word "moxie."

Shopping Bag

I started off the project by creating a few different logo's.

I started to play around with different patterns inspired by Quay Australia's sunglasses.

I chose the pattern and logo that fit the brand the most and incorporated it into a shopping bag and gift card.

Final mock up of how the bag will look in a sunglass retail store.
